The AAMA is a place for fellowship, education and empowerment. You will have the opportunity to grow with your peers while developing ministerial skills. Becoming a member opens up the opportunity to engage within our community and ministerium, learning from established ministry leaders. Within AAMA, we pride ourselves in supporting each other working together to build relationships and grow within the Kingdom of God.

Bryan Murphy

President

Bryan entered into full-time ministry at South Bay Community Church (SBCC) in Fremont , CA in 2007, and is currently serving as the Co-Lead Pastor.  In his free time he enjoys making music ,and bass fishing.  He has been married to his beautiful and loving wife Stacy for nineteen years. They have three adult children and three grandchildren.

Secretary

Nilwona serves on the ministerial leadership team of Kingdom Covenant Church in Chicago, and is the executive director of Kingdom Oaks Community Development Corporation. She has an MA in Christian Formation and a certificate in Justice Ministry from North Park Theological Seminary (NPTS) s well as a Masters in Nonprofit Administration from North Park University’s School of Business and Nonprofit Management. She is currently pursuing a Master of Divinity at NPTS.

laniece Thomas flagg

Treasurer

LaNiece Thomas-Flagg is from the south suburban area of Chicago. She is a licensed minister with the Evangelical Covenant Church. She renders service at New Zion Covenant Church in Dolton, IL as the Worship Leader. LaNiece is also the President of Building Our Own Community (BOOC); a non profit organization also in Dolton, IL.  Through BOOC, she works with youth and community locally and abroad. She enjoys working with BOOC because it is an extension of ministry and a great avenue for outreach.

BRANDI SANDERS

Vice President

Born and raised, 3rd generation Covenanter has served our denomination in many areas including, pastoral roles, worship leading, and now serves as a Coordinator of Administration for Serve Globally and the commission on Worship. She is currently a student at North Park Theological Seminary working on her MDiv. 

Brandi and her husband Leslie are currently serving at Naperville Covenant Church where Leslie is the senior pastor. They have 2 daughters, Sarabi and Rhyan.

Second Vice President

Mike Thomas is Founder & Lead Pastor of Radiant Covenant Church, Seattle, Wa. Radiant Church is a 7 year church plant serving a multiracial, multigenerational and multi-class community in Renton, WA. He also earned his Master's of Divinity Degree from North Park Theological Seminary  Ten years ago, God placed a passion for Seattle on Michael's heart. It is this passion that has lead the Thomas' to move to Seattle to become a part of the work God is doing in the Pacific Northwest through Radiant Church.

Kim thomas

Communications

Kim is the Pastor of Administration  of Radiant Covenant Church. Kim also developed Women’s History Month Celebration at her church, which is a month long celebration of God honoring women as the first to bring the good news to the world though preaching and workshops. Kim is married to Mike Thomas and they have three children. Their oldest attends North Park University. Kim can be reached at info@aama-ecc.org
